All MMX wheel spacers feature a precision hubcentric design, regardless of spacer width. Each spacer is machined with an integrated alloy spigot to ensure perfect centring on the hub, while maintaining the original BMW centre-bore for correct fitment with both factory and aftermarket wheels.

The hubcentric lip locates accurately within the wheel’s centre bore, making installation easier and significantly reducing the risk of vibration or imbalance. For performance vehicles, hubcentric spacers are strongly recommended — non-hubcentric designs can compromise ride quality and stability.

Care & Maintenance

MMX spacers are finished with a durable anodised coating. To preserve the appearance and finish:

 

  • Do not clean with acidic or alkaline cleaners

  • Avoid solvents, abrasive compounds, or wheel cleaners

  • Do not use commercial car washes that apply strong chemicals such as TFR

We recommend cleaning only with water and mild, pH-neutral soap.

 

Installation Notes

Before installation, ensure:

 

  • The spacer sits flush against the hub

  • The wheel sits flat against the spacer

After installation:

 

  • Check clearance at the wheel arch

  • Turn the steering to full left and full right lock to confirm adequate clearance before driving
